TERM OF COMPLIANCE

By becoming a subscriber to our series of concerts by contributing monthly through credit card the supporter starts to enjoy the benefits related to the plan signed in the month following the start of the subscription.

​

By becoming a subscriber to our series of concerts contributing monthly through PIX payments, the supporter starts to enjoy the benefits related to the signed plan for up to two months after the first payment.

​

Subscribers lose the right to benefits when canceling their subscription with their credit card or failing to make PIX payments for two months.

REIMBURSEMENT​

​

If you want a refund of your payment, this is perfectly possible. It is a consumer right guaranteed by law. We, at Bach Society Brazil, make a point of explaining the step by step, so that the process is easy for you.

The Consumer Defense Code provides that returns can be made within 7 (seven) calendar days if the customer regrets the contribution, discounting financial transaction fees (between 3 and 4%).

To start the return process, follow the steps below.

MONTHLY PLANS: if you contribute monthly through your credit card by subscribing to a plan on the website, follow these steps.

  • log in to the website;

  • click on the icon with your name and profile;

  • locate your signature;

  • click cancel and follow the instructions.

PIX PAYMENTS: If you contribute by making a PIX transfer, do the following:

  • contact us via email at the footer of the site

  • attach proof of payment;

  • wait for our instructions

Delivery and Refund Policy

In accordance with Federal Law, the State Law of Rio Grande do Sul, and the Municipal Law of Porto Alegre, our events offer half-price tickets for at least 40% of the expected audience.

Students must present their Student Identification Card (CIE), issued by ANPG, UNE, Ubes, state and municipal entities, Central Student Directories, Academic Centers and Directories, according to a nationally standardized model. The essential elements of the CIE are: I - full name and date of birth of the student; II - recent photo of the student; III - name of the educational institution in which the student is enrolled; IV - level of education; and V - expiration date until March 31st of the year following its issuance. See also: www.documentodoestudante.com.br - in accordance with Federal Law 12.933/13, Federal Decree 8.537/15 and Provisional Injunction granted by the STF on 12/29/2015.

Senior citizens (people over 60 years of age) upon presentation of an official photo ID - in accordance with Federal Law 10.741/03 and Federal Decree 8.537/15.

Young people under 15 years of age are entitled to half-price admission, according to Porto Alegre Municipal Laws 9.989/2006 and 11.211/2012.

Young people from low-income families , aged 15 to 29, upon presentation of the Youth Identity Card, which will be issued by the National Youth Secretariat from March 31, 2016, accompanied by an official photo ID - in accordance with Federal Law 12.933/13 and Federal Decree 8.537/15.

People with disabilities and their companion, when necessary, upon presentation of the Continuous Social Assistance Benefit Card for People with Disabilities or a document issued by the National Social Security Institute - INSS that certifies retirement in accordance with the criteria established in Complementary Law No. 142, of May 8, 2013. At the time of presentation, these documents must be accompanied by an official photo ID. - as per Federal Law 12.933/13 and Federal Decree 8.537/15.

Directors, pedagogical coordinators, supervisors, and holders of support staff positions in state and municipal school systems, upon presentation of their employee ID card issued by the São Paulo Department of Education or a payslip accompanied by an official photo ID - in accordance with State Law No. 15.298/14.

Teachers from the state public school system and municipal school systems, upon presentation of their employee ID card issued by the São Paulo Department of Education or a payslip accompanied by an official photo ID - in accordance with State Law No. 14.729/12.

Blood donors registered at the blood centers and blood banks of state hospitals, in accordance with Rio Grande do Sul State Law No. 13.891/2012, presenting an official photo ID and a donation control card issued by the State Health Department or by the blood centers and blood banks of the State of Rio Grande do Sul, within its validity period.
